Hunt Customers and Grow Pipeline
- Hunt customers via cold call, slide into DMs, go to events, cold email, etc
- Leverage on relationships and existing network to build strong pipeline
- Able to run a market research on potential industries to unlock new opportunities in scale
- Clearly communicate Xendit’s USPs and product suite appropriate for verticals and merchants
Generate Revenue
- Evaluate leads for alignment with strategic objectives and revenue potential
- Actively communicate with leads to determine needs and solutions
- Match qualified leads with the right sales rep to close deal
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in tech, SaaS, eCommerce with a history of top-tier Business Development performance
- Proven hunter with a successful track record of closing significant deals
- Have a strong knowledge of pipeline building and sales outbound skills
- Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls
- Goals (quantitative) and action oriented with a proven track record in meeting targets within the same role in current/previous jobs
- A self starter, strong willed and highly persuasive in engaging with potential customers
- Native in Tagalog and proficient in English both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
