💼The Role

As Head of Growth, working closely with the founders, you’ll have the opportunity to build and implement the growth strategy from the ground up. This role uniquely blends strategic planning, creativity, and hands-on execution.

📌 What You’ll Be Working On

• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy from scratch, starting in Australia, then expanding to the US.
• Continuously adjust the marketing mix based on performance.
• Test and iterate to discover the most effective ways to market our product through content.
• Build a content machine producing hundreds of videos per month.
• Distribute our content through organic and paid channels.
• Build an aggressive influencers/creators program.
• Develop a creative machine for paid ads.
• Amplify our PR and events strategy.
• Test and expand new acquisition channels.
• Continuously measure and optimize performance across all channels.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• You’re a visionary leader with 4 to 8 years of marketing experience in fast-growing consumer or prosumer startups.
• You’re a growth geek.
• You’re a doer who loves going from 0 to 1, able to execute at a very fast pace.
• You’re analytical and KPI-driven.
• You have a good understanding of branding.
• You’re a native English speaker or fluent in English.
• You’re based in Paris or in the US, and willing to relocate for the first 6 months in Paris.
