Animation Artist (Contractor)

我们正在寻找一位对游戏充满热情的动画师，具备玩家同理心和研发责任心，认真对待玩家的声音，为Riot的新游戏注入活力。您将与团队紧密合作，通过动画的方式把我们的英雄和世界观呈现给我们的新老玩家，使之激动和振奋。

Responsibilities:

• 产出成套符合项目品质的角色动画资源；
• 制作完整流畅且具有节奏变化的动捕数据；
• 在引擎中独立制作符合项目品质契合故事情节的剧情动画演绎；
• 独立合入动画资源到引擎；
• 主动筛查验证可能出现的问题。

Required Qualifications:

• 熟练使用Maya；
• 熟悉UE引擎；
• 2.5年及以上游戏动画制作经验；
• 在指导下高效完成角色全套动画资源制作；
• 对动画的设计及运动规律熟练掌握；
• 积极配合项目工作时间节点。

Desired Qualifications:

• 沟通积极有效，对待细节认真负责，重视玩家体验；
• 具有影视动画或UE Sequencer制作经验；
• 熟悉面部表情制作流程；
• 了解Maya绑定；
• 具有修整动捕资源的经验；
• 熟悉二维动画制作；
• 热爱《英雄联盟》《金铲铲之战》等Riot的游戏。
