About the role:
This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
This is a full-time position based in New York reporting directly to the Senior Director, Programmatic Sales Development. The Manager, Programmatic Partnerships will lead the overall revenue growth and development of existing programmatic clients within the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on PMPs and Open Marketplace advertisers.
Working in close collaboration with the sales team, you will succeed by developing and executing programmatic advertising strategies, identifying new business opportunities (A Domains/Open Market and PMP upsells), and nurturing a “top of mind” sensibility within existing client relationships.
The role will involve maintaining an excellent understanding of programmatic media that helps meet and exceed revenue growth targets.
What you’ll do:
- Spearhead strategies and tactics against a defined list of PMP and Open Marketplace clients to ensure maximum and continuous investment against Fubo’s portfolio of products; including first-party data management and activation
- Lead data-driven conversations and custom reporting to provide insights and tell client-relevant stories that provide a full picture of their advertising’s impact on business results
- Post sales by the direct sales team, consult with clients on their campaign goals and strategies to ensure they are maximizing the value of Fubo’s capabilities
- Collaborate with Account Management and Sales Account Executives to educate your clients on how to most effectively plan, execute, optimize and build on successful advertising campaigns across our sales offerings – focusing on the growth of your portfolio of business and ensuring programmatic buyers are up-to-date on our evolving suite of products and solutions
- Build and own key relationships with programmatic client planning, trading and analytical teams
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and product managers to solve complex technical problems including delivery and frequency analysis, consumer journey visualizations etc.
- Troubleshoot advanced technical problems including performance issues, measurement discrepancies and constrained targeting
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of consultative, client-facing work at an ad tech company (SSPs, DSPs a plus) in a demand facilitation role, advertising agency, digital marketing or other data-heavy industry
- Programmatic trading experience is a must
- Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment that requires self-driven education and improvement
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex, data-heavy information into simple but powerful stories and insights
- Strong interest in learning the underlying mechanics of Fubo’s ad stack and the ability to act as a conduit between clients and product teams to consistently improve our offering over time
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration with a proven ability to navigate ambiguous and complex problems and situations
- Effective time management skills, especially the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to efficiently wrangle extremely large data sets

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $90,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $125,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's commission plan, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
