Key Responsibilities:
Regular check of seller information and situation in CRM system to ensure the accuracy of data output. Conduct reports accordingly for reviewing and monitoring business status.
Optimize and maintain Salesforce and Marketplace to fit for business needs from global selling team.
Prepare weekly sales data and output with regular report for team tracking. Collect feedback from sales team for deep diving the reason behind.
Manage new seller application materials, help Chinese sellers to register Coupang Marketplace. Monitoring the data of new launching accounts. Understand and utilize internal systems to manage and verify seller information. Immediately detect and against abusing seller.
Communicate and coordinate with cross function teams to solve related seller operation issue timely and effectively. Follow up and timely convey the delivers with stakeholders to ensure execution.
Conduct operational improving plan and keep tracking.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years sales operation experience in related industries.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Korean reading and speaking.
- Experience with using CRM tool (SalesForce).
- Advanced skills on Excel.
- Data sensitive and be careful for all system/data relevant job.
Preferred Qualifications: - Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Professional knowledge of data analysis and SQL skills.
