WalkMe is in consistent growth and we are looking for a Revenue Controller to join our amazing finance department and report to the Head of Global Revenue.In this managerial hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to manage the Billing team and work closely with various levels of the organization and engage in accounting, compliance, and processes.
What will you actually be doing?
- Manage the global billing team, ensuring accurate billings and provide the best-in-class customer service to our customers all over the world.
- Review revenue contracts to ensure appropriate revenue recognition and billing.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Accounts Receivables and related balance sheet accounts.
- Responsible for the month-end closing processes including maintaining monthly provisions, analyzing the deferred revenue and unbilled accounts.
- Proactively improve and simplify billing processes, internal controls, invoices review and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Work in close coordination with Corporate Finance functions on accounting and related activities.
- Work closely with the Company's external auditors.
- Ad hoc tasks as needed, both revenue, billing and business-related.
What should you bring to the table?
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-tech (SAAS) organization.
- CPA with a Big-4 experience with deep knowledge of ASC-606 / IFRS-15 – Must
- Experience in managing teams - an advantage
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer contracts
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English skills, written and verbal
