This is a part-time position, working place is in the Copenhagen HQ.
What you will do:
- Provide effective guidance on any standard software and hardware
- Configure, deploy and maintain end-user Microsoft and Mac laptops
- Configure and maintain the network in the office
- Maintain access rights management
- Keep system policies up to date
- Maintain and provide user guidance to local IT equipment
- Process incoming service desk tickets from the IT Service desk
- Keep track of repair items including communication with end-users and vendors
- Document and improve processes related to IT systems
- Administration of cloud SaaS services
- Plan and execute projects improving the IT setup
About you:
- You are getting a relevant education within IT
- You are service-minded with good communication skills
- You have experience with cloud-based SaaS products (G Suite, Atlassian and alike)
- You have experience in supporting AV and meeting room equipment
- Experience with macOS and Windows administration
- Experience working in a similar industry with high-security compliance demands
- You have excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mind-set

- You are proactive and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Bonus qualities - Deployment via SCCM
- Knowledge about: Jamf Pro, JumpCloud, G Suite, Atlassian, Slack
- Basic PowerShell skills
