In 2023, Color partnered with the American Cancer Society to launch one of the first dedicated cancer prevention and screening programs. In 2024, Color expanded the offering into a full-service program that combines early detection and comprehensive cancer management before, during, and after a diagnosis.
We’re looking for an exceptional, high-performing individual who also loves to build and constantly looks for ways to add value and level up the business. In this position, you will play a critical role in helping build and drive Color’s growth by initiating relationships and generating demand with national and regional health plans, helping them realize the materially positive impact Color can have on their population’s health outcomes.

How You'll Contribute:
- Leverage outbound lead campaigns including cold calling, email, and social media to engage and qualify health plans.
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Health Plan Sales to nurture prospects and develop relationships with key stakeholders at our targets, supporting the deal to close.
- Use Salesforce and other sales tools, build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the larger sales team.
- Help break into new and existing markets by working with the Sales Directors.
- Develop a strong demo pipeline for Business Development via phone and email communications.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Color Health platform, programs, industry trends, and competition.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 1-3+ years experience in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally in a lead gen capacity that has been focused on health plans
- Proven track record of developing new relationships in a business setting
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts quickly and clearly
- Healthcare, Employee benefits experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
