Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an accomplished CRM Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in steering projects within a digital agency atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both agile and traditional project management methodologies and will have a deep knowledge of CRM systems and processes. This individual will be entrusted with the successful implementation of CRM projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while skillfully managing stakeholders at all levels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the complete management of CRM projects, from concept to delivery, reassuring alignment with client objectives, budget restrictions, and quality standards.
- Employ both agile and conventional project management methodologies to adjust to project necessities and constraints.
- Cooperate closely with various teams including designers, developers, and analysts to facilitate CRM project success and certify smooth operation.
- Offer leadership and direction to project teams, cultivating an environment of responsibility, innovation, and continuous enhancement.
- Formulate and sustain CRM project plans, schedules, and budgets, assuring precise forecasting and resource distribution.
- Handle stakeholder expectations and communication effectively, providing frequent updates on CRM project advancement, potential risks, and issues.
- Enforce best practices in revenue acknowledgment and budget management, ensuring adherence with financial regulations and organizational guides.
- Proactively spot and alleviate CRM project risks, resolving problems promptly to reduce impact on project delivery.
- Promote a client-oriented approach, confirming the delivery of top-notch solutions that surpass client expectations.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CRM projects within a digital agency setting or a technology company.
- Comprehensive understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Experience working with clients in various sectors providing CRM solutions is highly desirable.
- Certification as a CRM Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in revenue acknowledgment and budget management.
- Confirmed ability to manage stakeholders of all levels, from executives to project team members.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to prosper in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, managing numerous CRM projects at once.
- Familiarity with GCC is an advantage, with a profound understanding of cultural and business dynamics in the region.
