Position Overview:
The Sales Manager (Technology Services) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding NashTech’s presence in the Enterprise IT market. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing customer leads and contacts to introduce and integrate NashTech’s solutions, with a strong emphasis on cloud sales and technology partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise IT Sales:
  • Drive net new sales within the Enterprise IT sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Utilize existing customer leads and contacts to introduce NashTech’s services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Cloud Sales:

  • Promote and sell cloud-based solutions as a key component of NashTech’s offerings.

  • Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and trends to effectively position our services.

  • Technology Partner Collaboration:

  • Lead collaborations with technology partners to enhance service offerings and drive joint sales initiatives.

  • Coordinate with partners to align strategies and achieve mutual business objectives.

  • Prospecting and Cold Calling:

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand the customer base.

  • Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Customer Transition Management:
    Monitor and track customer contacts as they transition to new companies.
    Ensure a smooth handover and maintain relationships during and after transitions.

  • CRM Management:

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales-related information.

  • Marketing and Events:

  • Lead and participate in conference-type marketing events to promote NashTech’s services.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute events that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales management within the Technology Services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in Enterprise IT net new sales.

  • Skills:

  • Strong ability to leverage existing customer leads and contacts to drive sales growth.

  • Proficiency in cloud sales is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, especially in working with technology partners.

  • Effective cold calling and prospecting skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities.

  • Experience in planning and leading marketing events and conferences.
