As a VC-backed stealth startup based in California, we are rapidly growing and expanding our team to fuel the next stage of development.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Leader with a proven track record in building and executing high-impact GTM and marketing strategies specifically in the AI sector. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to define and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, generate qualified leads, and position Collinear as a leader in the AI space.

This role is based in our California HQ, and we offer a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who are the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for Collinear’s Generative AI and LLM-based products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, and marketing) to align product positioning with customer needs and market trends.
  3. Identify and target key customer segments and industries that can benefit from our AI solutions, driving engagement and revenue.
  4. Lead market research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation to shape product development and marketing efforts.
  5. Establish strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product adoption and usage.
  6. Design sales enablement strategies and work closely with sales teams to ensure successful product launches and customer acquisition.
  7. Track KPIs and metrics to measure the success of GTM strategies and continuously optimize them.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness and demonstrate product value.
  • Develop and Execute GTM Strategy:
    Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for AI products, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.

  • Revenue and Growth Optimization:
    Partner with sales leadership to set revenue targets, build financial models, and ensure GTM strategies are designed to drive sales, revenue growth, and market share.

  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
    Design and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and drive pipeline growth through digital and traditional channels.

  • Market Research & Insights:
    Analyze AI market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product positioning, pricing, and GTM strategies.

  • Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
    Work closely with product and sales leaders to ensure product-market fit, and tailor marketing efforts to target the right audiences with compelling messaging.

  • Sales Enablement & Marketing Alignment:
    Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful sales enablement tools, including decks, one-pagers, and case studies, while ensuring marketing campaigns are aligned with sales objectives.

  • Measure and Report on Performance:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.

  • Executive Communication:
    Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the leadership team and board, summarizing the success of GTM initiatives and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in go-to-market and marketing strategy roles for AI companies, ideally in B2B environments.

  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and building scalable GTM strategies that drive revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of the AI industry and proven ability to execute GTM strategies tailored to AI products and services.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing.
    Analytical mindset with experience building financial models and evaluating the impact of GTM strategies on company performance.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis platforms to monitor GTM performance.

Important Note:

Please do not apply if you have not worked on Generative AI or LLM-based projects, companies, or products, or if you have not been involved in the GTM and sales of Generative AI/LLM products. We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in these areas and can contribute from day one.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI adoption challenges in enterprise environments and experience in overcoming these obstacles with strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with LLMs or AI customization products is a plus.
  • Exposure to venture-backed startups and experience scaling from early-stage to growth.
