WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist who is eager to step up as a tech problem-solver and team supporter in a vibrant and innovative company like ours.

In this position, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring our colleagues have the tech support they need to stay productive. Reporting to Mike, our Head of Internal IT & Security, you’ll provide quick and effective assistance both remotely and in person to our team in the São Paulo office. You’ll help them navigate system setups, troubleshoot issues, and keep their equipment running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀

  • Prepare laptops for new team members, update existing ones, and fix equipment issues.
  • Maintain the office network (wired and WiFi) and help resolve serious technical problems when needed.
  • Take care of the office equipment (printers, zoom rooms, TVs, etc.)
  • Support peripheral equipment requests, from placing orders to “Can you give me a new keyboard, please?”.
  • Prepare tech set ups (audio, projectors/TVs, microphones, and cameras) for offline office events and provide support during them.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance including employees in other locations.
  • Resolve user IT requests such as access management and software installs on a daily basis.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

Must haves:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of modern OS (mainly macOS, some Windows).
  • Experience with computer maintenance in a corporate (managed) environment.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Good understanding of computers, mobile devices, other tech products, and peripherals (Apple preferred).
  • Basic network understanding: switching, routing, layered models.
  • Basic wireless network understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A user-oriented and calm approach
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese. (To be considered for this position you must submit your resume in English)

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of *nix.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience working with MDM solutions, likeJamf Pro and MS Intune.
  • Good knowledge of the leading SaaS tools, such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and Miro.
