We aim to create a community of professionals dedicated to improving their job search experience. We're at an exciting early stage and are looking for a passionate Marketing Co-Founder to help us grow.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Cofounder to join CoffeeJob. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive traffic to our platform, build brand awareness, and engage with our audience. Initially, this is an unpaid position, but it will become a paid role once we secure funding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
Drive user acquisition through organic and paid social media strategies.
Collaborate with the team to promote key features and updates on CoffeeJob.
Track and analyze the performance of social media content and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers and job search communities.

Experience creating social media content that drives engagement and growth.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt voice and tone to different platforms.
Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Self-starter with the motivation to grow the CoffeeJob brand from the ground up.
