Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have no more than 2 years of experience in both recruitment and HR generalist tasks.
Salary: 15k-20k fixed in-hand salary based on experience & performance during the entire interview process + potential to earn incentives.
Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Individual contributor, self-driven and high on initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office/Technology-focused tools.
- Should have experience in volume hiring across all levels of experience & domains ideally in a startup setup (highly required).
- Able to manage ambiguity.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Description:
- Post job openings on various platforms, including websites and job boards like Indeed, Wellfound, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.
- Scout and manage candidate profiles while maintaining up-to-date databases daily.
- Conduct phone interviews, assign assessments, and facilitate video interviews to ensure only qualified candidates are submitted to the leadership team.
- Create data-driven excel reports, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Assist senior leadership in managing HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.
- Must have experience in social media recruiting like LinkedIn Recruiter search and knowledge of employer branding is a plus.
