Quality Assurance Specialist

Steadily is hiring an Quality Assurance Specialist who is the very best at what they do. You'll be surrounded by team members who are also the very best at what they do which will just make you even better.

What You'll Do

• You will have two critical responsibilities in this role:

• You will identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and taking preventive action by sharing the insights with leadership.

• You will be the sole intermediary between the sales agents and the wholesale underwriters, so your speed and responsiveness to both is key.

• You will be responsible for compliance to ensure the sales agents have delivered all necessary bind subjectivities and collected payment properly prior to completing the transaction. Attention to detail is paramount.

• This role includes little to no direct customer contact. This role is entirely behind the scenes support in an administrative/auditing capacity.

• Your success in the role is based on how quickly and thoroughly you are able to secure quotes for the sales agents and how good you are at finding errors.

Your Background

• Experienced: You have a background in a highly detail oriented role ensuring quality adherence. Insurance experience is a bonus but not required.

• Licensing: A Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is not required to apply, but will be required within 90 days of your start date. We will guide you in preparation for the P&C exam in your resident state (Kansas or Missouri) in order to obtain your resident license. You will be expected to pass the exam within 3 months of hire.

• Organization: You are highly organized. You know where everything is at all times and nothing falls through the cracks. You are disciplined in setting tasks and following up.

• Compliance: You are a stickler for details and you raise the bar when it comes to your standards of quality and excellence. Nothing gets by you; you like to make sure your i's are dotted and every t is crossed.

• Digital: Your tech savvy is exceptional. You’re very fast on a computer and you prefer a pace that is fast and furious versus slow and steady.

Compensation and Benefits

• $70,000 including monthly production bonus plus equity in the company

• 3 weeks PTO plus six federal holidays
