- Work closely with NHS stakeholders: Use your NHS knowledge to navigate procurement pathways, ensuring Koa Health’s solutions align with NHS needs and are included in priority procurement frameworks.
- Lead business development activities: Identify new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and Oxford University to align with Koa Health’s goals and NHS requirements.
- Monitor and report progress: Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline (via HubSpot), and market insights, including NHS priorities and competitor activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams (Commercial, Clinical, Product, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing) to ensure smooth implementation and success of Koa Health’s solutions within NHS settings.
- Ensure client success: Support NHS services in adopting Koa Health’s digital solutions and transition them to Koa’s Delivery Team.
Key Objectives:
- Meet and exceed NHS sales targets.
- Build a strong pipeline and close contracts with NHS Trusts and ICBs.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle from contact to contract execution.
- Maintain relationships with NHS partners, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction with Koa Health’s solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven NHS sales track record.
- In-depth understanding of NHS structures, procurement processes, and mental health service challenges.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with NHS Trusts.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong organisational skills.
- Passion for digital health and mental health innovation.
Desirable:
- Clinical qualifications, such as nursing, clinical psychology/psychology practitioner (e.g. CWP, PWP, EMHP), or Allied Health Professional.
- Experience in NHS or academic settings, particularly in service transformation or innovation deployment.
- Additional qualifications in Public Health or Quality Improvement methodology.
