Technical Product Manager

We're an AI product company that wants to transform the legal industry using generative AI. We're a rapidly growing team with a truly innovative product that is already being used at many top law firms in the country.

We're building a team of talented developers who are passionate about building products that solve real-world problems. As we grow, we need folks who can help us manage our technical teams and develop a product strategy to elevate our users' experience.

We're looking to hire a technical product manager to help lead our product development and manage our tech teams. You'll excel at this role if:

• You have full-stack development experience;
• You have the ability to identify and solve user problems;
• You have the experience and ability to liaise with technical teams, users, and other stakeholders;
• You have the ability to manage and lead technical teams by creating and executing feature release roadmaps on schedule;
• Experience with lawyers and legal processes is a plus, but not necessary.

We're looking for candidates with at least 3 years experience building products.

We're happy to offer up to 20LPA based on experience and skills, along with ESOPs and other benefits. We're a fully remote team, and you can work from anywhere; if you're in Bangalore, we'll have occassional meetups. We offer great benefits like:

Our hiring process will have 2 stages: a technical interview, and a culture-fit interview.
