We’re seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving outreach and recruitment efforts, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus:
Relationship-Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as their primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Outreach & Recruitment: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various outreach strategies. Recruit new clients by showcasing the value and impact of Everblue's services.
Sales Goals: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Travel: Some travel required to meet clients (Maryland focused), attend industry events, and represent Everblue in various capacities.
Client Success: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless software implementation and ongoing support for clients. Act as an advocate for the client within Everblue.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide valuable insights to help shape Everblue's strategic direction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field
Experience working in a construction, home performance, or weatherization field a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Proven innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive, creative approach
Willingness to travel to Maryland as needed (usually day trips, occasionally 1 overnight)
Passion for technology, innovation, and process improvement
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
