Founding Engineer

Role Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Next.js Developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment to join our small, technical team. You'll work closely with our team to build and maintain core web application product features.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and building responsive UIs.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City. WFH flexibility is available, with some in-office work expected.

Remote Work Policy:
Onsite with WFH flexibility: Candidates may work from home a few days a week.
Open to hiring from the New York City area; relocation assistance available.
Candidates must be willing to work on Eastern Timezone hours for synchronous collaboration.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $155,000 - $175,000 per year + benefits.
