Overview
At Grata, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter (Fixed-Term) to join our People Team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting top talent while maintaining a white-glove candidate experience. You will ensure that hiring goals are met and directly contribute to our growth by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. Additionally, you will be able to contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and other recruitment related projects that drive Grata’s success in attracting and retaining top talent.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NY office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a 3 month contract opportunity, with the opportunity to extend based on performance and business needs.
About the Role:
You will…
- Manage the recruiting process end-to-end (coordination, sourcing, interviewing, closing, etc.) for both technical and non-technical roles and functions
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
- Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that refine the way we recruit our technical and commercial talent
- Provide an unmatched candidate experience that is fair, transparent, and timely
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners
- Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
About You:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house, ideally at a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Proven success and passion for building exceptional teams, not just filling seats
- Expertise in recruiting for a specific business group, plus the flexibility to take on and quickly calibrate to new searches
- Ability to organize around competing priorities and navigate frequent context changes
- Excellent communication with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Power-user of our suite of recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
