What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative business strategies to accelerate growth and expand our market presence.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and seize high-value opportunities to drive revenue and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Expansion: Spearhead our expansion into new verticals and markets, including educational institutions, OPMs, and government and corporate sectors.

Core Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage potential university clients, focusing on career centers. Build and nurture a dynamic sales pipeline to drive consistent growth.
- Lead Generation and Management: Employ a diverse range of strategies—including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media—to generate high-quality leads. Utilize the CRM system to manage and track lead progress effectively.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets. Customize presentations to address the unique needs of each university career center. Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Relationship Building: Forge and sustain strong relationships with key university decision-makers. Act as the primary liaison for career centers, delivering outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Deal Negotiation and Closing: Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts with a keen eye for detail. Secure and finalize deals, ensuring all agreements align with company objectives and are documented accurately.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently exceed sales targets and develop pricing strategies that foster sustainable revenue growth. Implement creative solutions to drive profitability and market share.
- Conference and Event Participation: Identify and participate in key industry conferences and events. Plan and execute attendance strategies, including developing marketing materials and networking with industry leaders and potential clients.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status. Analyze data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall performance.
- Continual Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving best practices. Adapt strategies based on market feedback and data-driven insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- College Degree or 3-5 years. of relevant sales experience.
- Proven and successful experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to navigate and influence stakeholder decision-making within the higher education sector
- Experience in the development, assessment, and structuring of new partnerships.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for higher education economics/incentives and value drivers.
- Self-starter who can work independently to develop new business opportunities
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be prepared to occasionally work longer hours and travel
- Ability to work in a diversified working environmen
- Must possess proficient technical acumen and experience working with CRM and sales/marketing automation tools
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
