Scrum Master/Business Analyst - Mumbai

*TeamExtn is looking for a passionate Scrum Master with Business Analysis experience. It will be expected from you to plan and execute client projects successfully by coordinating with the design and development team. If you have expertise in gathering requirements, cut out features and tasks from the requirements and have the ability to communicate effectively with the client and implementation team. You will be basically orchestrating the projects. *

We are looking for:

• Ability to gather requirements and create SRS documents for software implementation
• Working knowledge and experience creating User stories and Epics
• Experience with orchestrating projects using Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies and still be pragmatic approach based on the client temperament and situation
• Work with the development team to create estimates and manage delivery
• Coordinate client communication and team communication to make sure the customer has an idea of the process.
• Taking ownership of work and attitude to make client project a success
• Flexibility for taking new responsibility with the mindset to make the client project a success.

Interview Process:
We schedule a call that can go up to 1 hour, where we have a few questions about the knowledge and skills and general things.
We double-check the potential team member is a culture fit. Culture fit is as important to us as writing code. Once we know that you are a great fit, we discuss and finalize numbers on the same call. You will have three days to take up the offer.
