About the job
We are looking for a junior-mid-level ambitious person to help us on all sorts of growth efforts. Ideally, you are an ex-founder who can be a self-starter, figure things out and do what it takes to achieve the goals A-Z. It is very helpful if you have experience in executing growth strategies, creating content, doing some sort of growth hacks, and finding creative approaches to demand generation.
You will be working closely with our CEO and VP Revenue to figure out innovative strategies to drive up demand and the company’s growth. You’ll interact with all teams in the company and will be very much in the loop of how the business develops & grows – which is helpful if you plan on founding in the future (we fully support that!).
To give you an idea of the tasks you might be responsible for:
- Set up a customer updates newsletter to upsell new products
- Figure out and kick off influencer campaigns
- Figure out how to enhance the business case for our clients and explain it to them
- Explore channel partnerships that could be a game-changer to our strategy
- Find market niches with high pain and low supply for what we do
- Interview 20 growth experts to figure out how to generate demand in new markets selling to enterprise
Requirements
This role is largely outcomes focused, so you need to be sharp, quick to figure things out, network efficiently, organize things on your own, and find solutions to things that might not even exist yet.
- Growth mindset – you’re a fast learner who is reflective, gets feedback and gets better very fast
- High level of awareness and emotional intelligence is a must
- You’re very organized and structured
- You are very efficient with your time, resources, and ways of working
- You are a strong communicator - you can get what you need from people and get the point across
- Your written English is excellent - you are likely to write some smaller content pieces yourself to test things
- You can organize the work of other people / freelancers well – so we deliver on time and within budget
- You care about quality – work you submit is legit and can be presented externally right away
- You can do solid research, you’re data-driven – and yet you don’t overcomplicate things
- You have an ability to test concepts fast – finding lean ways of doing this
- You have strong presentation skills
- You are proficient using AI tooling for your work – and amplifying yourself with it
- You work hard and do what it takes – it’s not a 9 to 5 job, but we do offer flexibility
- You’re hungry to learn and know how to get feedback to accelerate your personal growth
- Low ego – there’s no time for politics, we make it happen as a team
- You have a clear WHY for your life – at least a vector where you want to go and how this job helps you
