About the job

Lead Engineers at SquadUp Labs have the opportunity to make full-stack contributions, while also mentoring and leading other engineers. At times, this includes engineers on our squad as well as those on a client’s team.

Typical projects we build involve React / Typescript on the frontend and Node.js / NestJS / Typescript on the backend. We often face novel challenges working with various APIs and new technologies like ChatGPT.

For lead roles, we look for opportunities to collaborate as sub-contractors to start, and are happy to explore full-time roles when the workload warrants it, and our fit working together has been established.
