We are building the world's best AI Account Management Tool to help SaaS companies better manage their SMB & PLG customers

Churn rates are 5x for SMB customers in comparison to Enterprise clients. In addition, Net Revenue Retention is around 128% for enterprise, but for SMB it's only around 105%. A lot of this comes down to the fact that it's just to expensive to have an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for accounts that are pulling in $15k ARR. As a result, SMB's dont get the account management services that they deserve.

Essentially, we are automating account management through product usage inisghst to bring Enterprise white glove treatment to Saas SMB customers

Our team is composed of MIT graduates, alumni of Unicorn startups and management consulting firms. We also have 3 remote software enginerring contractors working full time
