Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Subject Matter Expert in Data
Analytics to collaborate with our Learning Products team. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background as a Senior or Lead Data Analyst and possess in-depth knowledge
of industry-standard tools and methodologies. This role will involve curating course
content, creating learning material and projects, ensuring the course aligns with current
industry standards.

Key Requirements and qualifications:

● Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst/Data Scientist.
● Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Python libraries and PowerBI/Tableau.
● Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, data visualization, and data
management.
● Knowledge of the latest technologies and GenAI for data analysis.
● Teaching or Mentoring experience or delivery sessions is a big plus.
● Previous learning content creation experience, blogs, sessions, webinars, videos
or EdTech related contributions is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain
complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
● Passionate about education and helping others learn and grow in the field of
Data Analytics.
● Availability to commit ~10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
● Design the learning journey of the Data Analytics course at Crio.
● Design learning content for learners in-line with the Learn by Doing methodology
at Crio.
● Guide our Product Engineers throughout the content creation (sessions, projects,
case studies, interview readiness) process of the course.
● Provide insights and best practices to align course content with current industry
demands and trends.
● Assist in creating case studies, real-world projects, and hands-on exercises to
enhance the learning experience.
● Review and validate the accuracy and relevance of the course materials.
● Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Data Analytics and
integrate them into the course content.
