Role Description:
As Statt’s Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategy, planning and execution of all marketing, branding and communication initiatives to drive lead generation, top of funnel, growth and brand awareness for Statt. You will partner closely with the executive team, product, sales and customer success to develop integrated go-to-market plans. The Head of Marketing will own the marketing budget and invest in high ROI campaigns, channels, and partnership opportunities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Sales to plan and execute an aggressive account-based, dynamic content marketing strategy that utilizes Statt’s customizable automated policy and regulatory insights and analysis.
Develop the overall marketing strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Oversee brand management and corporate communications to shape Statt's public image.
Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns across digital, content, email, events, sponsorships, etc.
Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting to measure and optimize marketing performance.
Manage relationships with PR firms, creative agencies, contractors and other marketing partners.
Conduct market research and customer insights to inform messaging, positioning and GTM.
Collaborate with product on launches and releases, enabling the sales team and creating customer collateral.
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, enterprise software, data/analytics or related fields.
2+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably at venture-backed startup or high-growth company.
Proven track record of building brands and driving measurable growth through integrated marketing.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, channels, tactics and technologies.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making.
Experience marketing to government, public policy and regulatory affairs audiences a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
BA/BS degree required.
