Do Amore is an ethical engagement and wedding ring brand based in Houston, TX. In addition to our ethics, every Do Amore ring gives a person access to clean water. This way a couple changes another life forever on their special day.

We are looking for an energetic individual who has a passion for working with customers, has a high interest in jewelry, and takes pleasure in going above and beyond. The right person will be very friendly, driven, and eager to help customers. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in listening and solving customer concerns. This role requires candidates to be based in Houston, TX.

Typical day-to-day role:

  • Serve as a point of contact for team members, assisting in resolving customer-related issues
  • Interact with customers via email, phone, and live chat to assist with purchase decisions and inquiries
  • Provide post-purchase support, including resizing, repairs, and general questions
  • Collaborate with manufacturers pre and post-purchase
  • Assist customers with custom engagement ring designs
  • Ensure strict quality control of all products
  • Assist in securely packaging and shipping products to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the founder and team on various tasks, including: - Creating new ring designs - Developing company strategies - Implementing new marketing ideas

Qualifications:

  • Passion for customer service and the jewelry industry
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to listen to customer concerns
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge about the jewelry industry is a plus, but a strong passion is essential

Work Schedule: Weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM CST

Compensation: $40,000-45,000

Equity in the company
