Corporate Social Responsibility

Are you interested in CSR? We support CSR initiatives through our direct work at KYRO and also many non-profits that serve local communities where we live and work.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior UX/UI Designer in daily design tasks, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design on Figma.
• Work on small day-to-day tasks as well as one major project, which will be used to assess capabilities for a potential full-time role.
• Collaborate on UX research, conducting user interviews, surveys, and analyzing user feedback.
• Participate in the UX process, including ideation, user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Help create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Support in designing user flows and interfaces for web and mobile apps, optimizing usability and functionality.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with product goals.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, SaaS industry practices, and emerging tools and techniques.

• A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail is critical, especially in maintaining design consistency and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple small tasks while working towards a major project.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Des. student or graduate, or have completed a UX/UI Bootcamp or relevant online certifications.
