About KYRO Technologies, Inc.
Are you someone who thrives on solving complex problems? Do you find yourself equally fascinated by the potential of emerging technologies and the intricacies of large-scale, real-world applications? If so, welcome to KYRO Technologies, Inc., where we're revolutionizing not just one, but two industries: Construction Management and Fintech.
Why Work at KYRO?
A New Frontier Awaits
We're not just a construction tech company, and we're not just a fintech startup. We're the groundbreaking intersection of both. At KYRO, we're redefining what it means to build and finance the world around us. Imagine being part of a team that not only constructs physical infrastructures but also builds financial solutions that empower businesses to grow exponentially. That's the dual impact you can have here at KYRO.
Real-world Impact with a Data-Driven Twist
Our team creates digital solutions that have a tangible impact on skylines, communities, and economies. With the integration of IoT sensors, drones, and real-time analytics, our construction sites are data-rich playgrounds offering endless possibilities for data engineering and machine learning applications.
The Thrill of Financial Engineering
But that's not all. We're also making waves in the fintech space, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR) financing. Imagine developing a risk engine that requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and financial regulations. It's a challenge that's as intellectually stimulating as it is rewarding.
The Best of Both Worlds
At KYRO, you'll work on cross-functional teams that integrate insights from construction management, finance, AI, and data science to develop holistic solutions. From optimizing supply chain logistics using AI to developing blockchain for secure, transparent financial transactions, the problems we solve are complex, impactful, and, yes, incredibly "sexy." We expect our engineers to own our customer and business problems in addition to the technical implementation, breaking from the common standards set in the tech industry, as we believe these additional ownership responsibilities create a higher caliber of engineers.
Be a Pioneer, Build a Legacy
At KYRO, you're not just filling a role; you're setting industry standards and even influencing regulatory frameworks. You're contributing to a product that aims to reach a $1B valuation by 2026 and a $5B valuation by 2029.
Democratizing Financial Access to Old School Industry
Capital invested during growth phases is the lifeblood that fuels progress and creates a sustainable company. Capital supports our capacity to innovate, develop new markets, and ultimately, create a stable company with more opportunities for every team member. Construction industry has generally lacked easy access to capital and hence is hard to penetrate if you are not well connected. Lack of diversity. KYRO helps to solve this issue as well.
Join Us in the Revolution
We're not just offering jobs; we're offering careers that make a difference. We're looking for pioneers, thinkers, and problem solvers who are as excited about the future as we are. If you're looking for a role that offers diverse challenges, continuous learning, and the chance to build something groundbreaking, your search ends here.
