Ui\Ux Designer

Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
Visual Design: Create visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user experience.
User Journey Mapping: Analyze user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Feedback Implementation: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating your design process and final outcomes.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills:

Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for better collaboration with developers.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
