We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our boutique software development company serving startups and SMBs. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base by promptly engaging with inbound leads and establishing sales meetings to develop these opportunities. Additionally, the SDR will support our growth by targeting new sales prospects. Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management:
• Prompt Engagement: Quickly respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and website forms.
• Qualification: Assess inbound leads to understand their needs and determine fit with 303 Software’s services.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to foster trust and interest.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified inbound leads.
Outbound Prospecting (Secondary Responsibility):
• Target Identification: Research and identify potential new clients through online resources and industry networks.
• Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via personalized emails and social media engagement.
• Pipeline Expansion: Contribute to building a robust pipeline by adding qualified prospects.
Pipeline Management:
• CRM Updates: Accurately record all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up communications to keep leads warm and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inbound lead engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration:
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
• Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on common inquiries and customer needs to inform marketing content and campaigns.
