Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the short-term rental industry, either as a designer or a host, coupled with proven sales experience. You will be responsible for working with warm leads, contributing to sales and marketing efforts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads to convert them into satisfied clients.
Assist with various sales and marketing-related tasks to support the team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide expert advice on interior design solutions tailored to the short-term rental market.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the short-term rental or interior design industry.
Background as a designer in the short-term rental industry or as a host with sales experience.
Strong understanding of the short-term rental market and interior design trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Availability to work full-time and flexibility to adapt to client schedules.

Compensation:
Low base salary with generous commission and bonus structure.
Opportunity to earn over $100,000 annually OTE.
