Your Role
The Data & Analytics team plays a critical role in the success of O Positiv. The team identifies actionable and impactful insights through high quality analysis, builds new analytical capabilities and processes, supports effective executive decision making, and maintains accurate dashboards and databases. The team works on our most important analytical questions and operates highly collaboratively with our Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Retail, and Strategy teams.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, an effective communicator, and highly collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver accurate solutions
- Turn business questions into clear analytical problems and solve them accurately and efficiently using data
- Analyze Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Strategy, and Retail data sets to identify improvement opportunities
- Build, maintain, and upgrade dashboards that drive daily decision making and business optimization
- Help maintain data pipelines to ensure data and dashboards are always up to date and accurate
- Exercise independent judgment to define KPIs, protect data integrity, and create insights from large data sets
- Help share the direction, scope, and priorities of the Data & Analytics team
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years in data / analytics / product management roles
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Statistics, Python, or R
- Experience in our tech stack or similar tools (DBT, Snowflake, Sigma Computing)
- Logical, structured, and analytical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interpersonal
- Ability to work effectively with different groups of individuals – a team player
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces – hard working, organized, and results oriented individual
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Startup / e-commerce experience or passion is a bonus
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $140,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

- Pay based on prior experience
- Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
