We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be essential in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple recruiting processes, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Assist in creating and refining job descriptions and requirements.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent.
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection.
Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Familiarity with social media recruitment and job boards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
Must be willing to work US business hours.
