Ready to take full ownership of growth and business development? We're looking for a Head of Growth/CMO who can lead marketing efforts and manage sales, all while driving scalable growth across channels.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Lead and execute growth marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads.
Proactively manage growth projects from conception to execution, ensuring delivery on all fronts.
Handle discovery calls with leads, consolidating marketing and sales responsibilities.
Build and manage relationships with small e-commerce and FBA brands to drive client growth.
Take full ownership of sales calls, particularly in a service agency environment, with a focus on converting leads.
Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and refine strategies to boost ROI.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing with a proven record of scaling growth.
4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on service agencies.
1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, ideally handling sales for small brands.
Solid knowledge of Amazon and how it impacts e-commerce strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in driving projects forward.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and all things digital marketing.
Expertise in managing client relationships and multi-account projects.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative growth strategies.
