Product Manager Remote Intern

Join us for an on-site internship experience at Aereo's Bengaluru office as a Product Management Intern. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our product management team, user acceptance testing, research and documentation. Your knack for communication will shine as you share findings and recommendations with the team.

About the Product - Aereo Cloud:
Meet Aereo Cloud, our industry-leading drone data processing and advanced analytics solution. It streamlines mine planning, analysis, and management with cutting-edge tools for hassle-free collaboration on large-scale projects. Users can effortlessly create high-resolution, accurate 2D and 3D maps of work sites, projects, and site iterations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development Support:

   • Collaborate with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the platform maintains high-quality standards.

2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

   • Conduct UAT to ensure that features and functionality meet user expectations and business requirements before release.
   • Develop, execute, and document critical test cases to evaluate the platform's performance, usability, and reliability under various scenarios.
   • Identify, document, and report bugs using our tracking system. Reproduce issues and work with the development team to ensure they are fixed.
   • Re-run tests to verify that previously functioning parts of the platform are still working after code changes and new releases.

3. Documentation:

   • Create and maintain documentation for features, functionalities, and processes related to the Aereo Cloud Web GIS platform.

4. Feedback and Prioritization:

   • Establish processes for collecting feedback from users and prioritize requests across an expanding number of internal stakeholders.

5. User Support:

   • Assist in providing support to users by troubleshooting issues, explaining features, and ensuring that their concerns are resolved effectively.
