Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, driving website traffic, and increasing brand awareness through digital channels. The role involves managing social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- SEO & SEM Management: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and run effective paid search campaigns (PPC/SEM) to increase visibility and traffic.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, and websites.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics and other metrics dashboards.
- Market Research: Conduct research on the latest trends in digital marketing, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Brand Awareness: Work to increase brand awareness and customer engagement across digital platforms.
- Collaboration: Working individually or as a team player. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product & design) to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate spending across channels for maximum ROI.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, MailChimp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and CRM software.
- Creative Skills: Strong copywriting, content creation, and design.
- Know how of AI tools
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or related fields.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
