About the job
To achieve our ambitious goals, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team, reporting to the VP of Product. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the vision, goals, and strategy in collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will work cross-functionally to guide solutions from ideation through to launch, bridging the gap between the technical needs of users and the business objectives of our company.
In this role you will…
- Take a leading role in developing a comprehensive understanding of our users and how they use our products.
- Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to our products.
- Help shape the vision, goals, and strategy behind our product roadmap.
- Help communicate project initiatives to the company and their connection to the broader product strategy and company goals.
- Work closely with product designers and engineers to identify solutions and successfully bring them to market.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on product-related inquiries from all departments across the company.
You are a good fit if you…
- Have 4+ years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS, preferably for a technical product
- Have past experience bringing new products or large feature sets from ideation to delivery
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and intuition for how to approach communication with a wide range of audiences
- Can telescope between the details and the big picture
- Are skilled at discovery, gathering, and navigating qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Grasp technical details and understand technical constraints when working with engineers
- Build trust easily with collaborators and listen well, while also knowing how to push forward independently where needed
- Can communicate effectively about technologies like APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, and JSON—no need to be an engineer, but fluent in the technical language.
Bonus points for…
- Significant experience working with integrations or related technologies
The pay range for this role is...
- $150,000.00 - $185,000.00/year; no equity is included at this time.
