Position Overview
As a Digital Brand Manager at Growify Digital, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for elevating our clients' brands through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and creative execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, creativity, and a strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Brand Research and Oversight: Conduct thorough research on brand data, analyze market trends, and oversee brand positioning to ensure alignment with client goals and market dynamics.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand image of clients through consistent and compelling messaging across all digital platforms.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and other digital assets.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
• Data Presentation: Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Work Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines, set clear expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables, and ensure clients are informed as work progresses.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and client services, to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Proficiencies
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing credentials.
• Strong analytical mind with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
• Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a happy-go-lucky personality that fosters a productive and enjoyable work environment.
• Strong collaborator who can work effectively with diverse teams and build positive client relationships.
