**Role in the organization:
We seek a Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for effectively managing marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals. The person in this position will actively participate in optimizing advertising campaigns, analyzing data, implementing conversion strategies, and improving marketing results. Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Competitor Research:
- Conduct thorough research on competitors to identify market trends, strategies, and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor digital marketing tactics and performance to inform our strategies.
2. Listing Optimization:
- Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon to improve visibility and sales conversions.
- Implement best practices for product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
3. End-to-End Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient
- Develop campaign strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives, such as driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
4. E-commerce Operations :
- Manage and optimize ecommerce operations on Shopify and Amazon platforms.
- Ensure product listings are up-to-date, inventory is managed effectively, and customer inquiries are handled promptly.
5. Keyword Research and SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities.
- Optimize website content and product listings for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
6. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation across digital channels.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to increase conversion rates and drive sales.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
- Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and Amazon.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with keyword research tools, SEO optimization techniques, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- You are a startup enthusiast, open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Considerations-
This job is 100% onsite, location- Delhi
6 days working, Monday to Saturday.
Pay Range- 4.5-6.6 LPA
