Overview: As the Marketing Co-Founder for Thirdi, an AI automation agency, your primary role will be to drive sales through efficient and targeted marketing strategies. We need a hands-on expert who can implement streamlined processes that convert leads into high-value clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the AI and automation space, focusing on lead generation and nurturing for consultants, agencies, and businesses that benefit from custom AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales-Driven Email Marketing Campaigns:
Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns tailored to target consultants and businesses needing custom AI solutions.
Personalize outreach campaigns using automation to increase engagement and conversion.
Develop email sequences aimed at nurturing leads and converting them into high-value clients.
Lead Generation & List Building:
Build and curate highly qualified lead lists of consultants, agencies, and businesses within AI automation markets.
Leverage tools to mine relevant leads and streamline outreach, ensuring that the pipeline remains consistently full.
Identify low-hanging fruit opportunities and tailor campaigns to specific industries like consulting and professional services.
Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales or project team.
Utilize automation tools to reduce friction in the sales process, eliminating manual steps.
Track and optimize performance metrics to continually improve conversion rates.
Content and Outreach Strategy:
Collaborate on creating value-driven content that highlights Thirdi’s unique selling propositions in AI and automation.
Develop thought leadership and educational materials to engage prospective clients.
Create data-driven marketing campaigns to highlight case studies and testimonials, positioning Thirdi as a leader in custom AI solutions.
Collaborative Strategy Development:
Work directly with Phoenix and the team to identify new market opportunities, refine target segments, and adjust strategy based on feedback and analytics.
Innovate and implement strategies that maximize sales without extensive manual outreach or traditional sales calls.
Leverage LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and other tools to drive inbound leads and accelerate deal closures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in driving sales for B2B services, particularly in AI, automation, or consulting.
Expertise in email marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, MailChimp, Klayvio).
Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing tactics, and conversion optimization.
Ability to work independently, prioritize sales strategies, and maintain focus on revenue-driving activities.
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and cold outreach tools for scaling prospecting efforts.
A creative, data-driven mindset focused on measurable results and scaling revenue efficiently.
