Software Engineer - Workato

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workato Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multiple enterprise implementations of Workato, along with expertise in maintaining Workato solutions. The candidate should be comfortable with viewing logs regularly, diagnosing root causes, and remediating issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workato automation solutions for various enterprise applications.
Implement, configure, and maintain Workato integrations across a diverse range of systems.
Monitor and analyze Workato logs to ensure smooth operation, detect issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including debugging and identifying root causes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing workflows and processes.
Stay current with Workato best practices and updates, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of new features.
Document processes, integration architectures, and workflows for internal use and future reference.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in enterprise-level Workato implementations and integrations.
Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Workato automation solutions.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, including log analysis and root cause identification.
Strong understanding of API integrations, middleware, and enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).
Solid understanding of workflow automation, error handling, and exception management.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workato certification is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom integration needs.
