Software Engineer - Fullstack

We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong communication skills and the ability to use their technical skills to achieve business goals. You will be responsible in leading the development across all projects and take part in business and architectural decisions across the entire software development cycle. You will be working in a fast paced team with full responsibility and ownership of taking features from ideation to deployment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work across the different phases of the software development lifecycle including estimating level-of-effort, identifying best approach, performing QA testing, deployments, documentation, debugging, supporting features, and shipping security improvements
   
2. Participate and contribute to stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives at the agile team level and above
3. Perform code reviews with helpful and meaningful feedback for your teammates
4. Research, document, note trade-offs and recommend potential solutions around product features. Assume responsibility for your work and lead it to completion
5. Work collaboratively across the engineering department to ensure standard methodologies and processes are followed

Who can Apply:

1. *1+ years of experience working with backend technologies mandatory *
2. Backend API Development experience with an MVC framework is mandatory
   
3. Development experience with Laravel is preferred
   
4. Development experience working with JavaScript
   
5. Experience with standard software development methodologies, version control, handling REST APIs and managing backend infrastructure
