UFT Automation Engineer/ Lead Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced UFT Automation Engineers/Lead Engineers with a strong background in functional and automation testing to join our team remotely. The ideal candidates will have 8 years of experience in test design, execution, and logging defects, as well as expertise in designing and implementing automation test frameworks using UFT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute automation test frameworks using UFT tools.
• Perform functional and automation testing, including test design, execution, and defect logging.
• Work as an individual contributor in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Utilize test management tools such as ALM and QTest to manage and track testing activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth testing processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8 years of experience in functional and automation testing.
• Proficiency in UFT automation tools and frameworks (4/5 proficiency level).
• Strong experience with test management tools such as ALM and QTest (4/5 proficiency level).
• Deep knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.

Desired/Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle EDS or other ERP modules, such as Services, Install Base, Projects, Order Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
