About Aligned: Aligned is your organization’s AI-native ESG enablement platform focused on integrating ESG seamlessly across organizations. We are building an AI-powered ESG copilot, intel management system, and knowledge base, combined into a single unified solution (evolving in the early stages).

We are currently in the validation/MVP stage, equity only at this time. Targeting YC W25.

Co-Founder & CTO Role: As Co-Founder & CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of Aligned. You’ll lead the development of our AI-native platform, overseeing its architecture, infrastructure, and scalability. We’re ideally looking for someone who cares about ESG and capable of building a product that transforms how companies integrate ESG into their operations. In addition to this, the ideal Co-Founder will actively work alongside me to build the company.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our vision and business goals
• Oversee platform development, including AI/ML features, data integration, and user experience
• Manage and grow the engineering team over time, fostering innovation and technical excellence
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive product-market fit and scalability
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance are at the core of our technology

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building scalable software products, ideally within AI, SaaS, or ESG domains
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, data systems, and modern software development practices
• Passion for ESG and sustainability with a commitment to integrating these values into the core of our platform
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of leadership and the ability to thrive in a startup environment
