Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the end-to-end distribution and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our AI employee products. You’ll be responsible for executing launch campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring product adoption among new and existing customers. You will also create scalable distribution strategies for future product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams, influencers, and partners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for all AI employee product launches.
  • Design and implement product launch distribution plans, focusing on customer adoption and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless launches and customer feedback loops.
  • Develop a scalable playbook for future product launches, identifying key channels and methods to optimize adoption.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, partnerships, etc.) to generate demand and awareness.
  • Build strategic partnerships with social media agencies, influencers, and e-commerce brands to drive product growth.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data, iterating on strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Manage content creation (blogs, SEO, webinars) to drive organic growth and long-term visibility for the AI employee product line.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and use cases for new AI employee features.

Key Outcomes:

  • Within 3 months: Successfully launch the Social Media Moderator AI employee, convert 30% of trial users to paid customers, and develop a playbook for future launches.
  • Within 6 months: Lead 2-3 AI employee product launches, achieving at least 25% trial-to-paid conversion. Build 5-10 strategic partnerships to amplify distribution.
  • Within 12 months: Generate 1,000 organic leads per month through content and SEO strategies.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for SaaS products.
  • Strong knowledge of growth marketing, including digital marketing channels, paid ads, and outreach.
  • Ability to forge partnerships with influencers, agencies, and brands.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple product launches simultaneously.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with expertise in campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, able to articulate value propositions to customers and partners effectively.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products and driving user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, especially for B2B SaaS and e-commerce businesses.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and take ownership of your projects.
