What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead and Manage: You’ll oversee design projects from start to finish, guiding a team of UI/UX designers, researchers, and visual designers. You will ensure seamless execution of design ideas, from concept through delivery.
2. Design Strategy: You’ll work closely with our clients and internal teams to define user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect our user-first design philosophy.
3. Collaboration: Partner with our Bravo and Alpha teams to ensure designs are aligned with client goals and executed to the highest standard.
4. Client Engagement: Present design ideas, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering results that exceed expectations.
5. Inspire Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity within your team, pushing the boundaries of design while keeping usability at the forefront.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design, with proven leadership and project management skills.
2. Visionary: You have a passion for translating complex concepts into intuitive, clean, and engaging user interfaces.
3. Strategic Thinker: You don’t just design; you understand user behavior and craft experiences that solve real problems.
4. Mentor: A team player who enjoys nurturing and guiding junior designers, helping them grow while driving the team forward.
5. Tools Master: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
6. Detail-Oriented: You sweat the small stuff, knowing that every pixel matters.
