Our B2B SaaS platform leverages AI-driven design and strategies to streamline the entire debt collection process, enhancing both operational efficiency and user experience. We are on the lookout for a talented and driven Product Designer to help us create user-centric, innovative design solutions that elevate the customer experience while solving complex problems with simplicity and clarity.

Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Collaborate with product and engineering team to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our AI-powered fintech platform.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and product functionality.
• Visual Design: Create visually compelling designs that align with Reconnect.ai’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• User Research: Conduct user research to understand pain points, needs, and preferences, and translate these insights into effective design solutions.
• Feedback Integration: Iterate designs based on user testing, feedback from stakeholders, and performance data to continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs, ensuring that the final product aligns with the initial vision.
• Design Systems: Help maintain and evolve our design system to ensure scalability and consistency as the product grows.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in SaaS Product Design. Experience with designing SaaS products for fintech is a bonus.
• Design Tools Proficiency: Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant solutions.
• Portfolio: A solid portfolio demonstrating design thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for user-centered SaaS product design.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work cross-functionally.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to balance attention to detail with the big picture, ensuring designs are pixel-perfect while also meeting business objectives.
