We are currently supporting our Client in the recruitment of a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support Technician to provide technical support to end-users who need assistance with their IT Services.
This Client needs a customer-focused team player with 1-3 years' experience of working within a similar IT Support Technician role, experience in Microsoft 365, Voip, Network Management and Desktop and Server management required.
The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and positive towards their work, with fantastic attention to detail, be organised and be able to prioritise issues and requests as they come in.
You will have a driving licence and access to a company van for off-site client visits. Occasional call out, South East kent areas.
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10/11 issues
Experience administering Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Network troubleshooting including ping and trace route
Completion of higher education or a relevant apprenticeship to a good standard
Keen to learn new skills and develop professionally
Experience of working in a customer facing environment
Desired Skills And Experience
Experience of working in a Managed Service Provider environment
An enthusiasm for new technology with an interest in learning about new trends and technology and how they can be applied at a practical level would be advantageous
