Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Founding Engineer to join our core team.

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our AI productivity and automation platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a start-up at the ground level, where your technical expertise and leadership will directly influence the success of our product and company.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Lead the design and development of scalable, robust systems and architectures for our AI-driven platform.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a growing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with the latest technologies, including Python/Django on the backend, Node.js/React on the frontend, and Python/LLMs (OpenAI, Llama), RAG with vector stores on the machine learning side.

Cross-Timezone Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders across different timezones, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights into product direction, technology adoption, and system architecture to help drive the company's growth.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and scaling products, ideally within start-up environments.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python/Django, Node.js, React, and experience with machine learning technologies, particularly LLMs and vector stores.

Architectural Vision: Ability to design and implement scalable architectures that meet the demands of a rapidly growing platform.

Startup Experience: Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
